Saint Arsany Language School is announcing the openings of student admission for KG1 Grades Only through the official website.

To register your child kindly follow these steps:

  • Click on the link above.
  • Fill in the transfer form.
  • Make sure to upload a photocopy of the following documents within the form:
  • Birth certificate (computer version)
  • A personal school photo (4*6) for the child
  • A document certifies that the student has passed KG1 Grade from the previous school.
  • The transfer online form will be released at the school’s official website starting from Thursday 16/5/2024 to Saturday 30/5/2024.
  • An email will be sent to both parents with the placement test and interview appointments for both student and parents.
  • We apologize in advance for changing any appointment dates.
  • (Presence of both parents is a must).
  • Print the application form sent in the same appointment email and bring the form with the required papers needed on the interview day.

Required Papers:

 A photocopy of the filled application attached with it:

1.An original copy of Certificate of Birth (Computer Version).

2. 2 photocopies of Certificate of Birth (Computer Version).

3.12 photos for the child (with the child’s full name written on the back).

4.A photocopy of the Father’s identity card ( valid one ).

5.A photocopy of the Mother’s identity card ( valid one ) .

6.A photocopy of the Father’s certificate of graduation from University.

7.A photocopy of the Mother’s certificate of graduation from University.

8.A proof of residence: a gas or an electricity receipt.

.في حالة وفاة الأم : يقدم مع الأوراق صورة من شهادة الوفاة الرسمية مع الأصل للأطلاع

.في حالة وفاة الأب(ولي الأمر): يتم تقديم صورة من إقرار الوصاية التعليمية مع الأصل للأطلاع بجانب صورة من شهادة الوفاة الرسمية مع الأصل للأطلاع

في حالة طلاق الوالدين: يتم تقديم صورة من حكم قضائي واجب النفاذ بالولاية التعليمية طبقا لقانون الطفل واعمالا بتعليمات وزارة التربية والتعليم مع الأصل للأطلاع

في حالة تعذر حضور الأب (ولي الأمر): للسفر او اي سبب اخر يجب مع تقديم الأوراق تقديم توكيل رسمي عام او خاص فيما يتعلق بشئون تعليم الطفل صادر من الأب الي الأم طبقا لتعليمات وزارة التربية والتعليم
